Please contact us with your address info for shipping rates. We ship UPS, no exceptions unless we use your shipping account which incurs the same $2.00 handling fee. For items ~$20, we can also ship USPS Priority- usually $7 with S/H within the US. For items ~$10, we can ship USPS First Class $3.50 with S/H within the US.
