1. Personal Information - We value your privacy just as much as we value ours. Any and all information given to us is kept strictly private, and is only used to process orders and contact customers regarding their orders.

2. Payment - Credit card transactions will be processed through a secure server at Authorize.net, and will not be stored in our database. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. As always, you're welcome to call or mail in your payment if you like. We also accept Paypal.

3. Warranty & Repairs - We repair all kinds of jewelry from Platinum to Costume. Our sterling silver and 14kyg rowing jewelry is fully guaranteed (all except plated jewelry, chains and leather. We can repair/replace chains and leather for a fee- call for estimate 703-548-5509.) Please return broken items in a secure package to:

If you have other items you'd like us to repair, we will gladly repair them also. Simply send them to us in a secure package and we'll contact you with an estimate for the repair.

4. Shipping - Packages will be shipped to the continental U.S. , Canada, and internationally through UPS - rates are calculated using the UPS online rate calculator.
4. Returns -There are no returns on customized items. Regular merchandise, however, can be returned for a refund, less 5% of purchase price plus shipping, when returned within 3 weeks of arrival and in the same condition with the original jewelry packaging (no need to ship it in the same shipping box...just make sure it is secure in either a padded envelope or a box). After this time period up through 3 months after receipt of the item(s), returns will be issued a store credit.
