This piece is fully functional as an oarlock, except perhaps in an actual boat.
It is just over 1/2" square, and it opens, closes and swivels!
It is shown on a 1mm box chain and 1mm adjustable leather strap (both sold separately.)
Add a silver chain or a leather cord.
