Sterling Silver. Flat hammered finish open circle is 23.5mm diameter (just over 7/8") aka just under the size of a quarter. Tulip blade is 1/4" long. Genuine sapphire is 4mm and CZ (cubic zirconia) is 3mm. It is tied onto a 1mm black leather cord with slip knots for adjustability.
