Shipping, Cancellations and Return Policy

Shipping

We typically ship our merchandise within one week of receiving your order.
If you are in need of expedited shipping, please call 703-548-5509 or leave us a note with your order indicating your need for haste. If you are ordering team oar jewelry, if your desired team is not in stock, it may take up to three weeks for us to make them. We ship within the USA: First Class USPS free on orders over $50.  Economy shipping $6. PLEASE NOTE: free or economy shipping are not insured and are at the customer's risk and expense. Priority USPS is ~$10. Fed Ex $12 and up. USPS to Canada is $20-30. International USPS and UPS is $30-75.

Cancellations 

Place your order carefully! Our order processor refunds only 95% of the order total. If you want us to cancel your order (before we've shipped) then 5% will be retained by our processor. We apologize for this inconvenience, it's inconvenient for us as well!

Returns

At this time we are no longer accepted returns or exchanges-  All sales are final.

• Consignment jewelry sales are final and issues that arise in the purchase of estate jewelry are the customer’s responsibility

• No refunds for any Layaway payments

• Special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable

• Prongs must be checked every 6 months or and any warranty will be voided
