Shipping, Cancellations and Return Policy
We typically ship our merchandise within one week of receiving your order.
If you are in need of expedited shipping, please call 703-548-5509 or leave us a note with your order indicating your need for haste. If you are ordering team oar jewelry, keep in mind, if your desired team is not in stock, it may take up to three weeks for us to get the item to you. We ship within the USA: First Class USPS for free on orders over $30. Economy shipping $6. PLEASE NOTE: free or economy shipping not insured and are at the customer's risk and expense. Priority USPS is ~$10. Fed Ex $12 and up. USPS to Canada is $20-30. International USPS is $30-75.
Place your order carefully! Our order processor refunds only 95% of the order total. If you want us to cancel your order (before we've shipped) then 5% will be retained by our processor. We apologize for this inconvenience, it's inconvenient for us as well!
Regularly stocked items can be returned for a 95% refund (less shipping) within 2 weeks of receiving it. This means for online orders with FREE SHIPPING, the refund will be the value of the item, less 5% and less $6 for first class shipping. Please return the gift bag or box with your return. Thereafter, we are happy to accept exchanges for the full amount up to 2 months after receiving the item.
Charges for additional shipping will apply. After that, we are kind and flexible and want you to be happy, please just inquire... email@example.com 703-548-5509. If your purchase has been custom made or customized in anyway and you are displeased, we want you to be happy! We will work with you to alter it or create an alternative so that it is just right, and let you know in advance what the additional cost will be. Consignment purchases and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for credit or refund.
